Ever wanted to use only half of an avocado? Well now you can! Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and separate into two halves. You should have one side with a pit and one side without. We will be storing the side with the pit. Lightly brush the half of the avocado with with some lemon or lime juice. Wrap tightly in cling film (making sure there are no air bubbles). Now wrap the whole she-bang in aluminum foil, seal in a ziploc bag and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The edges of the avocado may brown a little overnight but you can trim the avocado as needed the next day.
