Prep Time: 5 minutes Chill Time: at least half an hour (or 10 minutes in the freezer)
Serving Size: appr. 1 cup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
1-2 tablespoons cilantro, to taste
1/4 – 1/2 jalapeño, w/ seeds & core for heat, if desired
1 medium scallion, light and green parts only
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Blitz all ingredients in a mini food processor. Chill for at least half an hour be fore serving.
Storing: This will keep for up to 5-7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
